A specialized directorate within the Public Relations Department responsible for providing protocol advice, establishing precedence, organizing conferences and meetings, managing the reception and departure of official delegations, and preparing visit itineraries tailored to the guest's status and the specific context, alongside arranging accommodation and transportation. Preparations prior to the delegations' arrival involve meticulous procedures, including compiling guest lists, mapping out motorcade routes, and finalizing detailed schedules. Operationally, the directorate coordinates with the Public Relations Department on media coverage for protocol events and aligns its efforts with the Media Monitoring and Analysis Section and the Events Section to ensure a cohesive corporate image.
